Our experience was great - 100% recommend. Stayed there for 4 nights, loved it. Warm welcome from owner. Could use climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave, admired views of sea. Setting short walk to beach, San Juan and the coast. Also, it was 10 minutes' walk to Playa Azul.
